     This microwave high-temperature furnace is a high-efficiency heating device that utilizes microwave energy to achieve rapid temperature rise for high-temperature thermal processing. It is suitable for applications such as material sintering, metal heating, ceramic fabrication, and catalyst calcination. Compared to traditional electric or gas furnaces, it offers significant advantages including faster heating, more uniform temperature distribution, higher energy efficiency, and precise process control.
     
     This equipment adopts a 2450 MHz industrial microwave source, combined with high-temperature refractory materials and an intelligent control system, enabling stable heating in a non-contact environment within the range of 200-1600°C. It is widely used in fields such as new materials, ceramics, metallurgy, chemical processing, and scientific research.
